Fruits: pomegranate, lemon, berries, watermelon, avocado, tomato etc.
Vegetables: cucumber, lettuce, peppers, spinach, kale, broccoli, celery etc.
Tubers: potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam etc.
Sprouts: all
Sea vegetables: dulse, nori, wakame etc.
Herbs: parsley, cilantro, mint, rosemary, oregano, sage, basil, thyme etc.
Spices: turmeric, cinnamon, curry, ginger, cayenne etc.
Little nuts: almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecan etc.
Little seeds: flax, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, chia, hemp etc.
Legumes: beans, lentils, peas etc.
Whole grains: quinoa, oats, brown and wild rice, millet, buckwheat, rye etc.

Salt: Himalayan or Celtic salt;
Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar;
Milk: Almond, cashew, hemp, coconut;
Supplement: B12 methylcobalamin;

Very little organic oils like cold pressed olive oil or coconut oil, not for cooking!
Teas: Dandelion root, Holy Basil tea other herbal teas;

ZERO processed food, sugar and dairy products like cheese, milk, yogurt and butter.
Break free from addictions to cheese, sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, Marijuana and other drugs.
